Brent Rasmussen Bio:
Meet Brent Rasmussen: The voice and founder of The Heber Ridge Band
Brent Rasmussen is a native Arizonan, born and raised in Tempe. Singing in church with his mom and brothers, and listening to country radio put him on track at an early age to sing country music. He's also an award-winning singer/songwriter whose music blends the grit and authenticity of outlaw country with the soulful storytelling of the best '80s and '90s country. Think Waylon Jennings meets George Strait, with a dash of Cody Jinks thrown in for good measure.
Known for his experienced, soulful, time-worn vocals, Brent Rasmussen brings his authentic country music to venues across Arizona and beyond. Catch him live with his band, The Heber Ridge Band, and you'll see why his original songs win awards.
When he's not on stage, you'll find Brent living his best life with his wife Kelley, and writing new tunes amidst the breathtaking scenery of Heber, Arizona, in the White Mountains of Northern Arizona.
Kelley Rasmussen Bio:
Meet Kelley Rasmussen: The Heartbeat of The Heber Ridge Band
Raised across the rugged landscapes of Colorado and Arizona, Kelley Rasmussen didn't just find country music, she was born into it. Her lifelong love affair with the genre sparked at just eight years old, singing along with her folks at a live Marty Robbins show. Today, she's channeling that timeless country spirit from behind the drum kit as the female lead singer and drummer for The Heber Ridge Band.
Kelley brings a rare, double-threat to the stage. As a dynamic drummer, she locks down the rhythm, keeping the band's outlaw country groove tightly in the pocket. At the mic, her sweet, beautiful voice is tailor-made for traditional country music, delivering a masterclass in emotion that can trigger a dance-floor stampede or leave you leaking tears into your drink.
With her signature purple hair, infectious smile, and a warm, friendly stage presence, Kelley connects instantly with every crowd. She isn't just the band's resident diva, she's everyone's best friend the second she steps on stage.
Together with her husband and bandmate Brent, and her two giant breed dogs Hoss and Kuma, she makes her home in gorgeous Heber, AZ.
Greg Mack bio:
Meet Greg Mack: The Musical Architect of The Heber Ridge Band
Every great country sound needs a master builder, and for The Heber Ridge Band, that’s Greg Mack. A guitar virtuoso, multi-instrumentalist, and stellar lead and harmony vocalist, Greg is the gifted musical architect behind the band’s signature outlaw and traditional country sound.
Greg’s musical journey began in Connecticut, where he was already playing professional solo gigs and fronting bands by the age of 14. In the late 1980s, he traded the East Coast for Arizona, serving for 18 years as the Music Director at The Living Word Bible Church in Mesa. Eventually trading the valley heat for the cool pines of the Mogollon Rim, Greg spent 13 years in Pine, Arizona. It was there, while hosting a local open mic, that bandleader Brent Rasmussen walked in to play a few tunes. It was musical love at first note.
Today, Greg now calls Heber-Overgaard home. When he isn't tearing it up on stage, he’s running Mackstringworks, LLC - a professional ProTools production studio and custom luthier shop. Part technical wizard, part guitar artisan, and part string-shredding virtuoso, Greg keeps the band dialed in and sounding like pure country heaven.
